1. Hall Slot Bookings & Reservations
All hall reservations are strictly subject to real-time availability on the Sri Conventions customer portal.
- Bookings can be reserved for Morning, Evening, or Full-Day event slots.
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the mandatory advance payment and system-generated booking reference ID.
2. Payments & Advance Charges
- Advance payment percentage is computed during checkout and must be paid online via the authorized payment gateway.
- The remaining balance amount must be settled prior to or on the date of the scheduled event as specified in the booking confirmation invoice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested via your customer account dashboard prior to the event date:
- More than 15 days before event: 80% refund of the advance booking payment.
- 7 to 15 days before event: 50% refund of the advance booking payment.
- Less than 7 days before event: Advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Hall Usage & Guest Responsibilities
- Organizers are responsible for maintaining discipline, preventing property damage, and respecting scheduled slot timings.
- Decorations, catering setups, and sound systems must strictly adhere to venue safety guidelines and local municipal noise regulations.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the legal framework of Telangana, India. Any legal disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
